Treasury makes Payment Accounts (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

On 25 March 2019, the Treasury made the Payment Accounts (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019. This will make a number of amendments to (amongst other things) the Payment Accounts Regulations 2015. 

The Regulations come into effect on ‘exit day’.
