On 28 March 2019, the UK Ministry of Justice published a consultation over imposing a fixed costs regime for parties involved in civil claims with a financial value of up to £100,000. It’s proposed the fixed costs will be assessed by reference to a grid of costs.
The consultation period ends on 6 June 2019.
