FCA delays publishing vulnerable customer guidance

On 2 September 2019, the UK Financial Conduct Authority updated its webpage on its consultation on the fair treatment of vulnerable customers saying it now proposes to issue its finalised guidance in 2020 (after initially suggesting it would be published in Autumn 2019). The deadline for providing comments on its guidance consultation from July 2019, GC19/3, is 4 October 2019.
